This allows us to streamline all drawings for engineering coming in and out of our facilities, thus allowing for their design & product development oversight. SHS Dusseldorf is a highly respected design firm founded by a former Managing Associate of Hirsch Bedner Associates, (HBA) and the Director of Design & Development from Jumeirah Group. This further supports our non-copyright guarantee for specific designs and ensures full compliance with your operator’s standards and requirements. With SHS, we are able to design and build turn-key solutions as well as FF&E packages.

Another great value we offer is that, due to our scrutiny of quality control to our brands’ standards in meeting both designs specifications, and operator’s standards, we are able to secure over 90% approval rating from first inspection.
