Sales Terms
Payments are to be made directly to our partner brands/facilities contracted to build out your order. Price will be on FOB or C&F basis through a fully confirmed letter of credit covering all expenses, including beneficiary banks, and those that will allow for an advance draw against the manufacturer’s invoice claim for the advance payment, with the balance paid against shipping documents. Alternatively, payments can be secured with the advance transfer by TT prior to the start of production, with the balance to be paid prior to the release of shipment.
